* Everyone rides safely at their own leisure on marked trails

* Riders should ride on course designed for your age or skill level

* Personal protective equipment must meet sport and and industry specs; helmet, eye protection, long sleeves, gloves, long pants, boots.

* Protective equipment must be worn, NO EXCEPTIONS!

* Rider waiver form must be signed. 

* A special waiver form for minors  under 18 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian

* Substance abuse / zero tolerance policy

* No profanity or negative behavior allowed (you will be asked to leave)

* Walking speed only (1st gear) in the pits. Helmet must be worn anytime you are on a M/C or ATV

~In addition to the above rules, these rules also apply to Family Fun Day:

* Everyone must wear helmets and/or have roll bars and be strapped in.

* One-way riding only

* No coolers allowed on vehicles

* Only portable sports bottles, thermoses and camel backs are allowed on trails

* Riders are responsible for complying with the manufactures recommendations for age, weight, number of riders, etc. on a vehicle

* Anyone riding in an unsafe manner or creating damage to property, structures, trees, landscape including green fields will be suspended.
